Carrie Fetto has twenty-five years of experience in Human Resources (Leadership and Operations), Coaching (Executive, Life, Faith Development), Workplace Investigations, Change Management, and Program Development and Implementation.

She has an M.A. in Organizational Systems, Specialization in Leadership, Organization Development, and Executive Coaching from the Leadership Institute of Seattle Graduate College of Saybrook University.  She also has a Bachelor of Health Science in Radiological Science from the University of Missouri.

As a Human Resources Advisor for Framatome, Carrie led and managed the human resources functions for a 24/7 plant in Richland that has produced nuclear fuel for more than 40 years AND other customers in the North American region totaling 780 employees (union and non-union) in multiple locations. Her specific duties included developing HR program goals and making long range program plans to ensure favorable outcomes, and formulating policies and procedures, managing employee/labor relations (including investigations).  She led and managed the onsite COVID-19 company response including establishment of safety protocols, reporting requirements, and contact tracing and increased retention of direct touch workers through multi-year pay adjustments and “refreshing” of development programs.

At the Department of Energy, Carrie co-led the DOE-Headquarters Human Capital planning team to reorganize agency from 18 HR offices to six, impacting 14,000 federal workers. 

At the Oregon Potato Company, Carrie established Corporate HR function and set policy, process, and standard for 18 separately operated farms and food processing facilities employing 8000 workers.
