Ms. Josie Villa has over 30 years of professional HR and leadership experience. Ms. Villa holds bachelor’s degrees in social science and psychology, and a master’s degree in organization development and leadership.

Ms. Villa is a certified coach, speaker and trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, a certified DISC Consultant, and holds a Coaching Foundations Certificate with the Institute for Women-Centered Coaching.

As the founder and facilitator of The Women Mentoring Collective, a community of women in business, she creates a supportive and inclusive environment for knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer learning.
